New Year's is a strong period of reflection, goal setting, and a feeling of renewal that's difficult to describe. We all know that the world doesn't magically change when the clock strikes midnight on January 1st, but for many of us the "New Year, New You" mindset takes hold and we think more critically about the improvements we would like to implement in our lives.

This is also the time of year when the winter blues can hit the hardest. The holidays are over and now we're in the dead of winter. The temperatures are frigid and the next major holiday to look forward to is...Valentines' Day?
